Rodrick Houston of the Manvel Texans has served the youth of the Houston area for the last 15 years. He served as the president for the Manvel Texans for the 2021 season and has been with the Manvel Texans organization for the past six year.

Velda has been involved with the youth of her community for several years. She has been part of the Greater Brazoria Youth Sports Association for 14 years as a parent, cheer coach and currently the cheer director of the Manvel Texans formerly the Manvel Jaguars.
